High Season Rates also apply to any stay that includes the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day.
The Maplewood Home normally rents by the week, Saturday to Saturday. (We can be flexible with the change-over day as well as length of stay during off-peak times.)
The rate is inclusive of all utilities, bed linens/towels, cable television, Internet access, and final cleaning. There are no extra “surprise” charges for your stay.

Reservations are confirmed on receipt of deposit and signed copy of our Terms and Conditions. Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars. Full payment due 14 days in advance. Payment may be made by PayPal, personal check (US only), or bank wire transfer.
The Maplewood Home may not be suitable for persons who are disabled. Children are always welcome. The Maplewood Home is a Non-Smoking facility. Please note that this is an “older” home, built in the 1920’s, and it does not have central air conditioning; there are window air conditioning units in the king bedrooms, triple bedroom and downstairs that cool the house in Summer. Please expect the normal charm and quirkiness that comes with staying in an older home. No exceptions will be made as to our maximum occupancy limit of 8 persons.
